Obituary of Berma Thomas

Berma Holley Thomas, 87, of Eagle Lake, FL passed away Sunday, February 16, 2020 at home surrounded by her family. She was born March 11, 1932 in Eagle Lake, FL to Bertha and Kimble Holley.

Berma leaves behind her beloved husband John E. Thomas, sons Kendall Thomas, Timothy Thomas, Johnnie Carpenter, Victor Thomas, daughters Karen Cribbs, Sharen Groene and Taren Wadley, sisters Mary Jane Corum, Janette Sosothikul, and brother Lowell Holley. She also leaves behind a legacy of 29 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews and their children.

She is preceded in death by her parents, son John Thomas Jr., sisters Bessie Reese, Isola Carpenter and brother Jim Holley and grandchildren John Thomas III and Kelsea Brooke Thomas.

Visitation will be from 12-1 followed by funeral services 1-2 at Eagle Ave Church of Christ. Graveside will be at Eagle Lake Church of Christ Cemetery. The family will have a dinner following the services at Ashley Ransom's house 1685 Spruce Road, Eagle Lake, FL 33839 and would like to invite everyone.
