Obituary of Buddy Lee Grubbs

Buddy Lee Grubbs, 34 of Wahneta, FL. passed away on Wednesday February 10, 2021 at Lakeland Regional Hospital. 

Buddy was born on August 14, 1986 to Buddy and Kathy Grubbs in Bartow, FL. 

Buddy graduated from lake Region High School in 2005 and was a Machine Operator for Hunt Brothers. 

He had a genuine personality, an easy smile, sparkling blue eyes and was quick to "cut-up". He brought laughter where ever he went. Buddy loved and was loved in return, the lights of his life being his 3 little girls. 

Buddy is preceded in death by his Daddy, Buddy Grubbs; his Cousin, Hailey Thompson and Aunt Teresa Thompson.

He is survived by his 3 Daughters, Savanna Grubbs, Bailey Grubbs and Ava "Renee" Grubbs; ex-wife, Pracilla Grubbs all of Lakeland. His Mother, Kathy Grubbs; Sisters, Tammy Hood and Stacey Grubbs; Brother, Cody Grubbs and 2 nephews, Jeffery Pitts and Joshua Pitts all of Lake Wales; Maternal Grandmother, Gladys Thompson Faulkner, Uncles James Edward Thompson and William Thompson (Arlene); Aunts, Janice Weldon, Tonya Greene and Willie-Jo Scott; Cousin, Angie Thompson as well as numerous cousins, friends and a large extended family who loves Buddy dearly.

Services will be held on Thursday February 18. 2021, graveside at the Church of Christ / Eagle Lake Cemetery at 11:00 AM where he will be laid to rest beside his Daddy.
